BIW EXPANDS ENNEPETAL SITE
BIW is constantly in motion to cope with international competition
Lead-managed by the team of architects Udo Wilde and Lars Wehnau, a new four-storey building was erected for twelve million EUR on the last remaining company premises. The new rooms will accommodate parts of the production facilities. Furthermore, BIW expands the development department, which will also work there to be able to serve their 2,500 customers, who are supplied with more than 145,000 products, in the same personal way as before.
This is already the third building project within five years. Currently a hall is completed directly adjacent to the original building, where the incoming goods are being handled. It is planned to complete the extension in 2016.
